The hot water is utilized through the patented Auto Espresso Flow™, a microchip controlled timing switch that allows you to pre-select the amount of espresso flowing to your cup.

Combining this microchip with the Crema Master™ filter means that your espresso cappuccino maker produces a consistent brew. Crema, as you most likely recall, is the rich topping that is required to make a tasty espresso. Full flavor and extraction are achieved with the Briel Multi–Pro’s 18 BAR pump pressure and filter which can alter between coffee pod or ground coffee.

Best of all, the brewing and steaming cycles are monitored by the two separate thermostats. So when you read the gauge on the front you’ll know when the best moment to hit the switch is.
